Sofa Protection FAQs

All of our sofas are covered by our 10 year frame guarantee. However, you can purchase additional protection for a one-off cost. We offer two 5-year care packages, which can be purchased at the time of ordering, or anytime before your sofa is delivered:

• Premium Care Package: protection against accidental stains and damage
• Ultimate Care Package: protection against accidental stains & damage, plus structural issues

Our Care Packages are designed to protect your new sofa and keep it looking great. With our Premium Care Package you’re covered for everyday accidents like stains and damages, including any mishaps caused by pets. Our Ultimate Care Package covers you for these accidents aswell, but also offers protection against any structural issues.

You can add one of our Care Packages to your order any time before delivery. Simply get in touch with our pre-delivery team via our Customer Contact form, or email customersupport@scs.co.uk or alternatively you can give us a call on 0191 731 3300.

Our Sofa Guard policy was replaced by our Premium and Ultimate Care Packages on 25th July 2024. If you purchased our Sofa Guard policy before this date, then these terms and conditions still apply. Please also see the Sofa Guard IPID and Certificate.
