If you have any questions related to ordering online, please see below for more information. From making sure you’ve measured for your sofa correctly before you checkout through to arranging delivery of your order – we’ve got you covered.
Measuring up for your new sofa might seem tricky, but it’s really straightforward, just remember to measure from the widest points. At the bottom of each product page, you’ll find all the dimensions you will need including height (A) front (B) seat (C) width (D) and depth (E). Always measure any doorways and hallways where your sofa will have to fit through and let us know of any access issues our delivery teams may face i.e. spiral staircases or top floor flats. Top tip: Please consider the angle of the back of the sofa (if any) and take this into account when measuring, especially if you’re planning on placing it against the wall.
Once you have placed your order, you can relax and let us take care of the rest. Our team will call you back to complete your order at the time you have selected in the checkout. We will keep in regular contact with the supplier of your order to monitor progress and you will be able to create or log into your Account to track the status of your order at any point.

- Spend £350.01-£999: Available with £100 deposit and up to 12 months 0% finance

To apply for finance you can complete a finance application form on our website or if you prefer you can call us during our opening hours on 0191 731 3300 and we can process this on your behalf.

When we call you back to confirm your order, please have to hand your bank account details and debit card for your current account, proof of identification (driving license, passport or electricity bill), together with employment or income details. Please get in touch with a member of our online sales team on 0191 731 3300 and they will be happy to discuss your eligibility for finance.
When selecting finance as your payment method online, you can have a decision within minutes about your eligibility for finance on repayment terms under 24 months. For repayment terms over 24 months, our online sales team will call you back to confirm some additional details.
Yes, as long as you have been a permanent resident of the United Kingdom for the last 3 years, and are able to pay the required deposit upon completion of your finance agreement.
You must have no County Court Judgments or history of bankruptcy, and hold a UK bank account that accepts Direct Debit instructions.
You can also apply if you are in receipt of a non-means-tested benefit IE disability, PIP carers allowance or if your spouse is in employment for at least 16 hours a week.
You will need to contact the finance company with who your agreement is; this will be on the paperwork that is sent to you on completion of your order acceptance.
We offer finance through a third party lender, which will be either Creation, V12 Retail Finance or Ikano Bank. You can contact them using the details below:

You will have received documentation detailing who your finance provider is at the point of sale. If you are unable to locate this, please call our Customer Experience Team on 0191 731 3300 who will be able to tell you who your finance provider is.
An upfront minimum deposit of £100 is required for purchases online after your finance agreement is approved, but you can pay more to reduce your monthly payments. The deposit must be paid either by debit or credit card and we do not charge any credit or debit card fees.
Unfortunately, we do not offer this payment option.
Any outstanding balance must be fully paid and cleared by the bank before midday - three working days before delivery.
All customers with an outstanding balance will be sent an email with a link so they can make the payment in their own time. This will allow us to give customers enough notice to clear their balance and ensure their delivery date goes ahead as planned. If you have already arranged finance and paid any agreed deposits, you can look forward to your new furniture arriving.
