• The giveaway entry will run from Thursday 29th February 2024 to Monday 4th March 2024
• The giveaway prize will be x1 Margo 3 seater
• Entry to the giveaway is free and happens automatically when you do all three of the following: Follow @scssofas on Instagram, like the post and tag 2 friends in the comments.
• Entry to the giveaway is open to individual residents of the UK Mainland aged 18 or over, except employees of ScS Group, their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents, or anyone connected with the giveaway.
• Only one entry per user will count as an entry.
• The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered on Instagram, using a random number generator.
• The winners will be responsible for ensuring they are able to accept the prize as set out and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
• The winners will be notified within 2 working days from the closing date. The winners have 2 working days to confirm acceptance of their prize; otherwise, ScS reserves the right to redraw the prize.
• The prize is not transferable, there is no cash alternative and no change will be given.
• The winner will be able to choose sofa colour and foot/trim style.
• The prize excludes glides, warranty and sofa guard.
• The prize must be able to fit into the point of entry at the chosen location. Dimensions can be found here
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

• ScS reserves the right to withdraw the prize at any time without prior written notice and/or to alter or amend these terms and conditions at any time.
• ScS’ decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway and no correspondence will be entered into.
• By accepting the prize you agree that it will be published on our social media pages, website and newsletter, and you will be involved in the publicity of the prize.
